Amuse Bouche

Stuffed Dates

Dates stuffed with goat cheese and wrapped with bacon. Served with a roasted pepper sauce.

1st Course

Ahi Tuna Niçoise

Olive oil poached ahi tuna with grilled haricots verts, poached potatoes, hardboiled egg and cherry tomatoes. Drizzled with a caper Dijon vinaigrette.

2nd Course

Brown Butter Scallops

Pan seared scallops on a bed of Parmesan risotto drizzled with brown butter sauce.

Topped with fried basil.


3rd Course

Lamb Lollipops

Grilled lamb chops served with a lobster Savoyard potato gratin and baby carrots.

Finished with a mint demi-glace.


4th course

Silky Chocolate Tart

Served with fresh raspberries, a raspberry coulis, and fresh whipped cream.
